Scope
These Terms govern the use of MANEKO.
Service
MANEKO is an Android application that assists with browsing and translation for Discord, Telegram, X, YouTube and general web content.
Independent application
MANEKO is not an official client of Discord, Telegram, X, YouTube or other third-party services. Use of those services remains subject to their own terms.
User responsibilities
Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws, third-party service terms, and for managing credentials and API keys they choose to use.
Translation
Translation results are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for every purpose. Important decisions should be checked against the original content or an appropriate professional source.
Third-party changes
Features may stop working or change when third-party services change their websites, APIs, policies, availability, or access controls.
Prohibited conduct
Users must not use the App to violate law, infringe rights, gain unauthorized access, disrupt services, or undermine the security of the App or third-party services.
Advertising and purchases
The free version may display advertising. A one-time purchase through Google Play may be offered to remove advertising. Google Play's billing, payment and refund mechanisms apply when those features are actually released.
Changes
The App, these Terms, and its availability may be changed when necessary.
